By using Sophie at meetsophie.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Sophie provides a team communication platform with AI capabilities powered by Anthropic Claude. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Sophie. You may not share your account with others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: • Use Sophie for any illegal purpose • Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content • Attempt to access other users' private rooms • Reverse engineer or abuse the service • Use Sophie to send spam or unsolicited messages
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and share in Sophie. By using Sophie, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the service.
6. AI features
Sophie's AI features are powered by Anthropic Claude. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on AI responses for legal, medical, or financial decisions.
7. Privacy
Your use of Sophie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at meetsophie.app/privacy.
8. Limitation of liability
Sophie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@meetsophie.app.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sophie after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
